Requirements
5+ years of experience in localization, internationalization, or multilingual operations
2+ years of managing teams of 30-50+ people
Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English
Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) is a plus
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency industry terminology and workflows
Experience with CAT tools, TMS platforms, and GPT-powered AI applications in translation
