IC1 - Application Support Engineer

Requirements

• Resolve application issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and address recurring problems to prevent future incidents.
• Maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting knowledge base.
• Adhere to SLAs and continuously improve support services.
• Monitor system health and proactively prevent disruptions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and updates.
• Basic knowledge of Java and Spring framework.
• Familiarity with fintech applications (banking cores, digital wallets, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Support AWS cloud applications and basic AWS console knowledge.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• English proficiency (Intermediate-Advanced)
