CNA is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to design, develop, and execute learning solutions for the Underwriting group. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Learning & Development professional with strong instructional design skills and experience in developing eLearning solutions.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of learning design, instructional methods, and training techniques
Proficiency in learning technologies, including Learning & Content Management Systems
Experience with content development tools, especially Articulate 360
Solid knowledge of the organization's products, processes, and procedures
Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating organizational dynamics
