The People and Development Assistant role is a 12-month contract position that requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support the People Connect team with employee policy and procedure queries, preparing employee correspondence, and scheduling onboarding and exit meetings.

Requirements

  • HR Bachelor degree/Diploma
  • Experience working in a business environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office suite and Excel skills
