We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team supporting story-driven, open-world RPGs like The Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises. As a mid-level researcher, you will be responsible for designing and executing UX research studies, ensuring that player experience remains central to our development process.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UX research, user-centered design, or human-computer interaction.
1+ years of experience specifically in games user research (GUR), conducting player-focused studies.
Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods, including usability testing, survey design, and behavioral analysis.
Ability to independently design, execute, and analyze research studies.
Demonstrable skills in data interpretation and report writing, ensuring insights are clear and actionable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with people from different disciplines.
