You will be part of the tenant relations team based at the assigned mall, responsible for building strong tenant relationship. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to retail space requirements.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in the retail industry preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
