As a Senior Operations Data Analyst, you will combine data reporting, analysis, and operational expertise to support the Bullhorn Professional Services department, creating reports and dashboards that track the health and performance of the business, and driving process and system improvements across key tools.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a data analyst, operations analyst, or business operations role, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
Strong coding skills; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities. Proficiency with statistics tools like R or Python is a plus
