Requirements
Monitor health of Database Servers
Incident Management related to DB
Perform deployment of new releases/upgrades of Database
Perform Failover and Switchover activities
Monitor, troubleshoot Tidal related issues and setup Tidal Jobs
Document operational procedures and DB Inventory
Support for weekend maintenance activities of other Level 2 support (NE, SE, InfoSec)
Create automation tools that will make the operation better and satisfy the needs of internal customers
Application Support for On Prem Linux based platform
