Broadridge is seeking a Security Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps, security automation, and scalable infrastructure provisioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
Over six years of practical experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on security automation and scalable infrastructure provisioning across diverse environments
Deep expertise in Terraform, encompassing module development, reusable architecture patterns, and adherence to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
Experience in Python, Go, or Java, with demonstrated capability in developing and integrating robust automation solutions for security and infrastructure workflows
Skilled in leveraging CI/CD platforms to embed security controls into the software development lifecycle, ensuring continuous compliance and quality assurance
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Chef and Puppet to enforce system consistency and automate provisioning across environments
Working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes for scalable deployments
Comprehensive understanding of cloud-native architectures and foundational security principles across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms
Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond to risks and exception requests effectively
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing security and infrastructure operations
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient completion of objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
