We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the creation of a custom-built internal customer support system. You'll design and develop a best-in-class, proprietary CX solution tailored to our needs, working closely with engineering, design, and operations teams.
Requirements
3+ years of Product Management experience
Proven experience designing systems from scratch
Familiarity with customer support or CX environments
Excellent stakeholder management and discovery skills
Strong technical acumen and ability to partner closely with engineers and data teams
