We're looking for a Lead Technical Integration Manager to join the Referon team, a modern affiliate tracking platform serving clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in technical product management, integration management, or technical project leadership.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical product management, integration management, solution engineering, or technical project leadership
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and integration workflows
Experience working with affiliate systems, CRM platforms, or tracking solutions is a strong advantage
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with technical onboarding or migration projects
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and project ownership mindset
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ minimum)
