Arcadis is seeking a Team Leader/Building Commercial Project Manager to lead a team of 10-15 colleagues and direct multidisciplinary projects. The role requires a strong commercial instinct, ability to market the team's expertise, and identify market opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum HBO work and thinking level
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a building or commercial manager
Experience in a management position is a plus
Strong commercial skills and a good network
Able to manage a diversity of personalities
Willing and able to travel and work throughout the Netherlands
Good command of Dutch and English
