We're looking for a Senior Manager, Service Operations to manage the operation of health management services, design and implement service processes, and ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine or above.
At least 10 years or above of experience in health management service operation management and complaint handling work.
5 years of experience in related work of insurance company underwriting and claims operation.
Possesses sharp insight and strong communication and coordination capabilities.
Has strong operation management experience, familiar with complaint handling processes, and can accurately identify problem causes and propose feasible improvement schemes.
Active, innovative, fair, responsible, and result-oriented.
Has strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication capabilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, proficient in PPT, Word, Excel, and report production.
