We're looking for a Senior Manager, Service Operations to manage the operation of health management services, design and implement service processes, and ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine or above.
  • At least 10 years or above of experience in health management service operation management and complaint handling work.
  • 5 years of experience in related work of insurance company underwriting and claims operation.
  • Possesses sharp insight and strong communication and coordination capabilities.
  • Has strong operation management experience, familiar with complaint handling processes, and can accurately identify problem causes and propose feasible improvement schemes.
  • Active, innovative, fair, responsible, and result-oriented.
  • Has strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, proficient in PPT, Word, Excel, and report production.
