Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk/L1 support
  • Experience in working on Infrastructure and Application Service Desk/Helpdesk/L1 support
  • Good to have ITIL certification
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change Management
