Lead a Service Desk team, providing first-line support via chat, phone, and email, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk/L1 support
Experience in working on Infrastructure and Application Service Desk/Helpdesk/L1 support
Good to have ITIL certification
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change Management
