Zalora is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with knowledge of candidate sourcing to join our busy team. This role is responsible for supporting the Recruitment with telephone interviewing candidates, organizing interviews, employer branding, and ad hoc administration duties.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency) at least 1-2 year experience
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with candidates and the wider business
Experience with employer branding initiatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Multilingual abilities can be a plus (especially for international roles)
Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary
