We are seeking an experienced Director of Cloud Data Engineering with 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale data engineering initiatives, requiring deep technical expertise in data migration, cloud data platforms, analytics, and data governance.
Requirements
Lead end-to-end cloud data and reporting migration initiatives across complex environments.
Drive data modernization strategies, architecture, and governance efforts using modern cloud platforms (PaaS, iPaaS).
Architect and implement scalable data lakes and data warehouse solutions.
Manage the delivery of large-scale application and data migrations to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Oversee the implementation of enterprise data strategies, including Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Warehousing.
Utilize an analytical, data-driven approach to understand rapidly changing business needs and support decision-making.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define and implement Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Delivery practices.
Stay updated with emerging data engineering trends and technologies.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
