Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Agent Attraction

Requirements

• Experience with recruitment, familiarity with agent attraction strategies
• Experience with eXp Realty is a plus
• Strong understanding of real estate recruiting systems like Attractify, Go High Level, or AttractBoss
• Proficient in setting up and maintaining funnels, automations, and drip campaigns
• Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
• Able to handle outreach across all lead stages with professionalism and adaptability
• Tech-savvy, organized, and quick to learn new platforms or systems
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating independently with little hand-holding
• Strong follow-through, accountability, and task management
• Ability to work collaboratively and bring structure to a fast-moving environment
• Goal-driven mindset and commitment to long-term success in the role
