Vattenfall Eldistribution AB is looking for a Group Manager for Large Connections to lead a team of engineers and contribute to the company's development and strategic work. The role involves driving routine work, contractor dialogue, and customer satisfaction, as well as developing both the operation and colleagues. The ideal candidate has experience in the energy sector, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities.
Requirements
Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience through work with technical issues within the energy sector.
Knowledge and experience of grid connection operations in the past are a merit.
Desirable experience of leadership from previous chief positions or through investigation/development assignments.
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
