We are seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to join our IT team as a Desktop Support Engineer II or III. As a frontline hero, you'll be responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly and our users empowered. You'll troubleshoot complex technical challenges, optimize enterprise applications, and drive key technology initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2-5 years of IT support experience for Desktop Support Engineer II, or 5+ years for Desktop Support Engineer III
A+ Certification
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, ServiceNow (ITSM), and enterprise IT tools
Ability to board vessels and provide on-site IT support
