The Associate Director, Patient Advocacy & Communications will be responsible for establishing the external/internal communication and patient advocacy strategy for the Japan Oncology Business Unit (JOBU). They will drive execution and management of communications and patient advocacy strategy, and develop compelling materials to drive external communications.
Requirements
BA/BS degree
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in corporate, product, and internal communications, media relations and patient advocacy
Flawless Japanese written, verbal and visual communication skills
High-level English written, verbal and visual communication skills
Experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of Japanese media and experience engaging directly with journalists
Experience to develop/drive robust strategies to engage with patient advocacy groups
Leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills
