Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator, 2-year technical degree, or relevant field experience.

Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Construction knowledge

Familiarity with estimating software.

Proficient usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / Outlook / Power Point).

Ability to recognize and identify potential discrepancies and errors in documents and develop questions for timely response.

Ability to develop estimates based on various stages of design.

Knowledge and understanding of all electrical work and materials used.

Capability to accurately perform takeoffs and enter quantities in a neat and professional manner.
