Senior Works Inspector (Electrical)

Requirements

• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on work progress, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inspections, including daily reports, safety reports, and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with the construction teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical works, such as power distribution systems, lighting installations, wiring, and control systems.
• Manage site safety, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks associated with electrical works.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services required for electrical works.
• Assist with testing and commissioning, ensuring that electrical components meet the necessary quality and functionality standards before handover.
