Platform Growth Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a customer success, business development, or partnerships role, preferably with experience working in enterprise and large strategic customer segments.
• Ability to manage partner relationships with large and complex organizations for a technical product.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals by driving account expansion
• Skilled prioritization based on partner needs, scope of work, and business/customer impact.
• Sophisticated and keen business sense - you can quickly understand underlying drivers and strategy of our partners’ verticals and businesses.
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to consolidate and simplify communication around complex ideas, products, or commercial structures for a given audience.
• Relentless ability to navigate data and people to find answers and close the loop.
• Strong sense of partner and SMB empathy - we care deeply about our mission to grow small businesses
