Strategy Lead

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the planning, development, management and measurement of brand content
• Proficiency in developing and executing digital overhaul strategies, including creative campaigns and shoot strategies
• Experience of planning social and digital content (including paid)
• Strong skills in analysing and finding actionable insight from diverse sources of data, including social listening and keyword analysis
• An ability to cut through complexity and get to answers fast
• Strong understanding of culture and emerging trends, and an ability to apply these to content thinking
• Strong understanding of data analytics and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of content
• Excellent influencing skills to work with a variety of clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to develop constructive relationships with creative teams and multiple business stakeholders.
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
