Requirements
Gathering requirements for simulation design from domain experts
Agile prototyping of mock UI/UX interfaces for the simulations
Programming and iteratively refining the simulations based on expert feedback and usability testing
Building data logging capabilities in the designed simulations
Developing facilitation guides to assist stakeholders’ work with designed simulations
Working with NIE’s IT teams to host simulations securely and ensure seamless interoperability with existing NIE platforms
Managing the project and ensuring timely completion of milestones
