Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing a high-volume service desk
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and incident management software

Benefits

  • Gross Salary Range (including bonuses): $155K to $175K yearly + Nagarro Benefits
