We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Head of Finance to lead our operational finance functions. This role requires expertise in inventory accounting, ERP systems, and manufacturing workflows to drive efficiency and financial accuracy across our organization.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo, or NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) to manage and streamline financial operations.
Strong background in manufacturing finance and complex supply chain operations.
Extensive experience in inventory accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and cost accounting.
Demonstrated success in handling complex accounts payable scenarios.
Solid experience with cash flow forecasting and management.
Familiarity with U.S.-based companies and accounting/reporting standards is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively within a respectful work environment.
