Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
