We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Shanghai Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in talent management, competency modeling, or related fields.
Familiarity with talent assessment tools (e.g., psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, etc.) and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is a must.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
