We're looking for a Learning Design & Communications Specialist to create engaging learning experiences and provide internal communications support. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, instructional design, and communications.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field
At least three years of experience in learning and development, instructional design and/or communications
Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and LMS management
Strong communication skills, with experience developing training content and internal communications
Video editing and graphic design experience are considered assets
Change management experience is considered an asset
