As a Legal Counsel at Krafton, you will provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance across various business functions, handling corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university in India.
Licensed to practice law in India.
7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience at a leading law firm or as in-house counsel at a multinational corporation, preferably in media/entertainment, technology, or fintech industries.
Substantial experience in commercial transactions, legal research, and regulatory advice.
Solid experience in various legal matters related to the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
