Kojo is a construction technology company that is transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. We're looking for a Renewals Manager to serve as a high-impact individual contributor on the Customer Success team, maximizing revenue in our current customer base.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle sales or account management experience in SaaS
Professional experience utilizing Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Jira, DocuSign, and Google Suite
Successful track record of building and conducting trainings and product demos for a varied audience
Proven commercial excellence in a closing role, contributing to strong renewal and expansion performance
Experience managing customers with a CRM
Track record of successful internal collaboration in a remote/async work environment
