Kojo is a construction technology company that is transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. We're looking for a Renewals Manager to serve as a high-impact individual contributor on the Customer Success team, maximizing revenue in our current customer base.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales or account management experience in SaaS
  • Professional experience utilizing Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Jira, DocuSign, and Google Suite
  • Successful track record of building and conducting trainings and product demos for a varied audience
  • Proven commercial excellence in a closing role, contributing to strong renewal and expansion performance
  • Experience managing customers with a CRM
  • Track record of successful internal collaboration in a remote/async work environment
