Requirements
Develops and implements sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products / channels in China
Manage and drive direct selling and distributor business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and business goals and objectives
Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts
Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive
Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as service team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well
Interface with Division, Corporate Management on all technical and strategic field issues or trends that occur within responsible territory.
