Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in HR in operational personnel work or as a Retail Leader (e.g. Sales Manager / District Manager)
Willingness to travel around 100 days per year with approximately 30-40 overnight stays
High results orientation and hands-on working style to achieve your goals
