Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP HCM module
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and/or Payroll
SAP HCM certification (not mandatory but advantageous)
