A degree in Commercial Activities or similar and 2 years of experience in Call Center or telesales team are required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Commercial Activities or similar
  • 2 years of experience in Call Center or telesales team
  • Knowledge of call center and telesales processes and tools
  • Technical knowledge of office tools and CRM
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Good communication skills and negotiation capacity
  • Rigor, methodology, proactive attitude and organizational capacity
  • Flexibility and good adaptation to change
