We are looking for an Undergraduate Trainee - Site Reliability Engineer - Unified Support to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will manage an incoming queue of varying case types, react to multiple incoming cases, and work with other resolver groups to resolve and assign cases. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering or Networking, and an understanding of basic concepts in Cloud computing.
