The company is part of IGT I Holdings Sweden AB and is a sister company of IFS, Sri Lanka's largest technology company.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience across the full software development lifecycle
Drive best practices in software development, CI/CD, DevOps, and system architecture
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and cloud-based applications
Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure
2+ years managing or mentoring engineers
Proven ability to grow engineers through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews
Strong project and program management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to work with product manager and translate business objectives into engineering priorities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align teams across functions
Bachelor's degree on the related field
