We are seeking a Technical Training Officer to join our team at the Suzhou Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training courses, analyzing employee capabilities, and developing training programs to improve employee skills. They will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing various training activities, updating training records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
University degree or above in a relevant field, such as medicine or management
At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or quality management, including 2 years of experience in technical training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and modern office equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills
