Seasonal Sales Advisor - Ridgedale Mall

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service
• Welcome and guide customers through the store
• Actively sell our products
• Work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Keep up to date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers, etc.
• Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers
• Have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Have experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
• Be able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance
• Be able to climb a ladder and use a step stool
• Have open availability including evenings and weekends
• Have 1-2+ years of transferrable experience
