Requirements
Degree in Psychology, preferably with a specialization in Organizational Psychology
Demonstrable experience in competency-based interviews or similar processes
Mastery of Catalan, both spoken and written (essential)
Availability to work a full-time schedule in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team
