The Solutions Engineering team enables Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers on Grafana technology. The team partners with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities. A Solutions Engineer is responsible for articulating the Grafana value proposition, owning technical engagements with customers, and driving product conversations based on customer needs.
Requirements
5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and worldwide customers
Ability to skillfully articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of Grafana products
