Java Architect at FIS, responsible for influencing Enterprise Architectural Frameworks, Application Components, and Public Cloud approach. Will work on innovative process changes and shifts in work culture. Collaborates with the Enterprise Architecture team of the Modern Banking Platform (MBP) to drive technology, architecture, tools, and processes.
Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in modern software application technologies such as Java-based software architectures, Spring frameworks meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
Five or more years demonstrated experience in working with relational (and/or hierarchical) databases such as Oracle and Postgress
Experience in building On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP), batch and reporting systems
Experience in using Unified Modelling Language (UML) for Object Modelling
Experience in functional programming using Java
Experience in building robust and scalable infrastructure architectures (telephony systems, network services, web farms, multiple-node systems, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management, and related infrastructure technologies and practices
