fabric is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of agentic apps and bring our mission to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail/ Commerce SAAS, AI/ML product development, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Retail/ Commerce SAAS and some experience with OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP, Shopify.
8+ years of experience leading strategic product initiatives, influencing executive decision-making, and driving cross-functional alignment.
Demonstrated success in AI/ML product development, working with data science teams to define and build ML powered products.
Expertise in owning end-end product lifecycle from ideation, recruiting design partners/customers, launch, implementation, post go-live support with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, UX, GTM, and Finance to deliver best-in-class commerce solutions.
Bias for action, Ownership and Founder Mentality where no task is too small or big – rapid prototyping using Bolt/Cursor, Recruiting design partners, Brainstorming platform decisions with engineering.
