Devoteam is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Prague. We are the team of professional recruiters focused on sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the Information Technology sector.
Requirements
several years experience with IT recruitment
experience with sourcing and reaching candidates through social networks (LinkedIn is a must)
ability to continuously generate a healthy pipeline of candidates
ability to conduct interviews for a variety of roles
exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
fluency in Czech and advanced English language knowledge
