We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist with English & German skills to join our team in Bucharest. The role involves providing professional advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, ensuring adherence to Bank policies and legal frameworks, and supporting large HR projects for the Deutsche Bank Group.
Requirements
1 year of experience in a similar role in a multinational organization
Highly adaptable and able to perform in a matrix organization
Collaboration skills
Good planning skills and sets priorities so that can achieve his/her goals and is detail oriented
Fast learner; values learning new skills and developing herself/himself
Medium or Advanced German skills, both oral and written
Advanced English skills, both oral and written
Familiar with MS Office, knowledge of Workday HR system is a big plus
