Requirements
Degree/diploma in Engineering, FM, or related field preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities or project operations
Experience leading IFM site operations (camps/sites)
Knowledge of O&M programs, QCP, and daily operation tools
Strong communication with management, clients, and users
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and maintain team morale
