We are looking for a Product Support Analyst II to provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing for users in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with senior management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with peers and senior management
  • Proven ability to function independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
