Requirements
Review and sign off on the NAVs of each fund
Understand the valuation process for each fund and document the same at onboarding and continue to monitor on ongoing basis
Review and carry out due diligence on any third-party valuation agent appointed to each fund
Assisting in the reporting to the AIFM board on at least a quarterly basis on the valuations of the funds
Review and participate in the audit process for each fund
Ad-hoc tasks to assist the growth of the business and ensure smooth running of daily activities
