Requirements
3-6 years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, restructuring, or portfolio management
Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, financial modeling, loan documentation, covenant structures, and credit private performance factors
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly with various stakeholder groups
